Rajasthan Royals continued their love affair with their home turf as they beat Deccan Chargers quite comfortably by eight wickets to make their chances brighter for making into the semi finals.
Chasing a small total of 141 runs for victory Rajasthan Royals got of to solid and quick start by their opener to look the target smaller than eventually what it was. G. Smith and Y.Pathan came out to bat with some determination as the duo put on 109 runs for the first wicket in just 12.4 overs. Yusuf Pathan was bulk of the run scorer in the partnership as he smashed quick 68 runs of just 37 balls with three huge sixes and nine fours.

But Deccan Chargers lost their way in the middle overs. After A.Gilchrist dismissal they manage just 33 runs 40 balls for the lost of five wickets.
Shane Warne was most successful bowlers for Rajasthan Royals picking up two crucial wickets of Ravi Teja and S.Afridi.
Y.Pathan was declared Man of the Match.
