IPL twenty20 – Must win battle for Delhi Daredevils against Royal Challengers Bangalore

Delhi Daredevils after loosing the last game against Kings XI Punjab now in a situation where they must win their all remaining matches to cement their place in the semi finals of IPL twenty20.

Rajasthan Royals and Kings XI Punjab are almost certain to make into the last four. Now for remaining two positions its battle between Chennai Super Kings, Mumbai Indians, Delhi Daredevils and Kolkata Knight Riders.

Delhi Daredevils who were little unfortunate to came out as looser in their last game will be keen to bounce back with bang. With Virendra Sehwag getting some runs in the previous game after two ducks in a row he is very confidant that his team will beat the Royal Challengers Bangalore in front of their home crowd.

On the other hand Royal Challengers Bangalore will play for their pride since they lost eight matches out of ten games they have played so far. Rahul Dravid batted brilliantly in the last game but no other batsman able to support him. So he will be looking to repeat his performance again to selvedge some pride in front of their home crowd.

Player to Watch

Gautam Gambhir: So far the orange cap holder of the tournament looks in blistering form and he might get going again against Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Misbah-ul-Haq has failed to set the stands alight in his Indian sojourn, and shorn of the responsibilities of ensuring a place for his side in the last four, he has the ideal platform to launch an assault.

Pitch Report

Pitch at M.Chinnaswamy stadium will assist spinners and bowl will not come easily on to the bat. The team who won the toss will look to bowl first to know the target. Team batting fist will look to score around 160 to put pressure on the opposition.
