| Commonwealth Bank series will be played between India, Sri Lanka and Australia starting from 5th February 2012. The tri-series, which was last seen in Australia in 2007-08, has been redeployed as a way of providing the requisite number of matches for sub continental television rights, and pits the world's top three limited over sides - Australia, the World Cup champion India and the finalist Sri Lanka - against one another. Each team will play each other four times before top two will play best of three finals at Brisbane and Adelaide Oval on 4th and 6th March 2012 and if required then third final will be played on 8th of March 2012.
