First time in the history of IPL twenty20, the game between Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders decided via Super Over after the game ended in a tie. Earlier Rasthan Royals posted 151 runs target for the Kolkata Knight Riders to register their second win in IPL. However Ishant Sharma just manage one run ending the game as tie, which was finally won by Rajasthan Royals via Super Over. Rajsthan Royals with the help of Yusuf Pathan blistering knock of 42 runs and some useful contribution from lower down the order posted a good total of 150 runs on the board.
