As expected by many, Mumbai Indians will be the one finalist of IPL 2010 and is favorite to lift the cup when they will take on a team which will be lead by a man with magic wand Mahendra Singh Dhoni. This will be first experience for Mumbai Indians to being in the IPL final but this will be second experience for Men in Yellow Chennai Super Kings. In 2008 they lost the final but this time they are looking to erase the bad memory of last time. Both teams captain has lot of fan following and whoever lift the cup, the fan will be not disappointed. On Sunday they won't give each other an inch as Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings face off in what should be a gut-wrenching IPL final at the DY Patil Stadium here. Sachin Tendulkar who is nursing his palm injury is yet to declare himself fit for the final and if he will not take field then this will be a big blow for the home team. However by seeing Tendulkar dedication towards cricket in last 21 years, it’s expected that the great man don’t want to leave the job unfinished. The Chennai captain loves a good fight. Captain cool is also captain pragmatic and his calm and composed approach will again hold the key to his team's fortunes. Chennai Super Kings got some player to turn the game on its head as we have saw in the semi final against Deccan Chargers. They have players like Mathew Hayden, D.Bollinger, M.Muralitharan, M.S.Dhoni, S.Raina who can play big role in the final. Having said that they have big concern over Mathew Hayden form so they might be tempted to go with all-rounder Justin Kemp. Mumbai Indians have few big names in batting department like S.Tendukar, JP Duminy and hard-hitter K.Polard and they have performed consistently in IPL season three. Their bowling attack also looks more solid as compared to Chennai Super Kings. The likes of Zaheer Khan, L.Malinga, D.Fernando, Harbhajan Singh and K.Pollard. All-rounder Kieron Pollard, who has come good both with the bat and ball off late, will also pose a big threat to Chennai in both the innings. The youngster S.Tiway, A.Rayadu and Shikhar Dhawan have proved their mettle right through the tournament. All in all we are going to witness a great game of cricket on Sunday evening. Watch out for K.Pollard: K.Pollard ability with both bat and ball has improved game by game. So he will be one of the great threats for Chennai Super Kings. As we have seen in last few matches of Mumbai Indians, his big hitting in last few overs allowed Mumbai to put more than challenging total on the board. His ability with the ball is also outstanding. Mahendra Singh Dhoni: MSD played one of the superb innings at Dharmshala against Kings XI Punjab to help his team to qualify for the semi final and his team needs similar kind of inning from him tonight to get over the line in the big IPL final at Dr. DY Patil Stadium, Mumbai. Pitch & Condition For this big final a new pitch will be used at Dr. DY Patil Stadium, Mumbai. So it will have more bounce and turn for the spinners. Team winning the toss is expected to bat first in this pressure game. Any score between 165-175 will be good total and can be defended. Teams Both teams looks settled with their XI in semi final and there is no reason to change the players. However if Sachin Tendulkar is unfit then Zaheer Khan will lead the team in his absence. Likely Playing XI for both Teams (Match is Schedule to begin at 20:00 PM India Time) Mumbai Indians Squad: Sachin Tendulkar (Captain.), Shikhar Dhawan, Saurabh Tiwary, Ambati Rayudu, Kieron Pollard, JP Duminy, Abhishek Nayar, Harbhajan Singh, D.Fernando, Zaheer Khan, Lasith Malinga.
