Indian youngsters who reached Australia with lots of expectation of fan with them didn’t done justice to their own by losing twenty20 clash by 9 wickets on friday. Now they need to tighten their game to perform well in triangular series starting from 3rd February with the match between India Vs Australia.
Australian team likely to go into 1st ODI without their regular skipper Ricky Ponting and Mathew Hayden. Ricky Ponting is suffering from back injury while Hayde has thigh injury. Australia added Adam Voges, along with Ashley Noffke, to the squad for the tri-series opener against India.
Indian team will be strengthened by inclusion of Sachin Tendulkar in the squad who was rested in twenty20 match. Suresh Raina is also likely to be included in the squad in place of Rohit Sharma. Yuvraj Singh is also miss the 1st one-dayer due to knee injury.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the India leader, tried to show he was not bothered by the size of the defeat. "It should be taken as a practice game," he said. "If you think too much about the things that have happened I don't think you will gain anything from it."
All in all it will be great cricket match to watch.
