Pakistan cricket team will tour New Zealand in the preparation of up coming world cup 2011 for six one day international, three twenty20I and two match test series. The tour is scheduled to start with a tour game against Auckland followed by three T20I to be played on 26^th, 28^th and 30^th of December 2010.

Pakistan will shift their gear to play two matches test series against New Zealand. First test match will start from January 7^th to 10^th of January 2011 at Hamilton and second test match will be played from 15^th to 19^th January 2011 at Wellington.

The teams will stay back in Wellington for the first of six ODIs, starting January 22, at the Westpac Stadium. The remaining matches will be shared out between the major international venues, with the exception of the University Oval in Dunedin.

Rest matches will be played on 26^th, 29^th January, 1^st, 3^rd and 5^th February.

New Zealand have great opportunity after the test series to taste their first win in ODI after 11 straight losses in subcontinent recently. First they have lost the five match ODI series against Bangladesh by 0-4 and then lost to India by 0-5. However they have to play really well to beat Pakistan since on a day Pakistan is capable of beating any team.
